Refunds will only be given in the event that the clothing delivered is faulty (torn or ripped) or not made according to specification in the case of a custom made order.

For any other reasons, there will be no refunds. Kindly check product description and caption on picture posted as we reserve the right to deny returns premised on failure to read information.

We do not accept exchanges on clothing received in good condition.

Returned item must be in unused condition.

In the event of delivery error on orders, please reach out within 24 hours of delivery and clothing will be picked up and the cost will be covered by ShopMona.
